Drivers at South Dade Facility Vote Overwhelmingly in Favor of the Union (Miami) Drivers at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida's (CCFB) South Dade facility voted today by a three-to-one margin to join Teamsters Local 769. Teamsters that work at XPO Logistics in Miami returned to work on April 10th following a successful unfair labor practice (ULP) strike that began the previous morning. On April 15, 2016 Sysco Drivers in West Palm Beach Florida voted for Teamster representation and now exactly one year to the day later they voted to ratify their first contract.    A rental car company waited too long to challenge an order that it reimburse a labor organization out of its own funds for union dues that should have been deducted from employee paychecks, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit held ( Enterprise Leasing Co. of Fla., LLC v.
