Drivers and Dockworkers Stand Strong Against XPO’s Anti-Union Violations

Teamsters that work at XPO Logistics in Miami returned to work on April 10th following a successful unfair labor practice (ULP) strike that began the previous morning. The 70 drivers and dockworkers were taking a stand against XPO’s continued anti-union behavior that has resulted in the filing of numerous ULP charges including ones for denying raises for which the company was ordered to pay by an administrative law judge.
