Committee Mission Statement
Together, we stand united to empower women through leadership,
education, mentorship, and service. We are committed to strengthening
our union by encouraging every woman to find her voice, realize her
potential, and become an active leader and advocate for fairness, dignity,
respect, and justice in the workplace.
Through solidarity, collaboration, and mutual support, we strive to
develop future leaders, foster meaningful connections, and inspire active
participation within our union and our communities. We honor the proud
legacy of the Teamsters by empowering women to lead with courage,
integrity, compassion, and purpose while helping build a stronger union
for generations to come.
