A Salute to Our Service Men and Women

  Teamsters Local 769 has always shown strong support for all of our returning military service men and women and have always worked to be involved in programs that welcome them home and show them how thankful we are for their service, A little over a year ago at one of our General Membership Meetings, Business Agent David Renshaw introduced the membership of Local 769 to the iPods for Wounded Veterans organization and the Dear Soldier Campaign. In October of 2014, David Renshaw from Teamsters Local No. 769, Miami, FL, received the Teamsters of the year award for 2014. David received this award for his service under his role as a Human Rights Commission (H.R.C.) for the local Union, he was nominated by iPods for wounded veterans.
