Registration has Begun for the 2019 TLU769 Golf Tournament

Get ready to swing some clubs with your fellow Teamsters! Registration is now open for the 2019 Teamsters Local 769 Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament. Shop stewards have been mailed registration forms and you can download and print your own below. We'll be returning once again to the Palm Aire County Club in Pompano Beach Florida on October 19, 2019 with a continental breakfast at 6:30 am and a 7:30 am tee time. 2018 Teamsters Local 769 Scholarship

Teamster parents work hard to provide for their children and funding for a good education is a top priority for all who have children nearing the end of high school. The Teamsters Local 769 Scholarship fund is something that all children of Teamsters Local 769 members are eligible for and the following application form can be printed at home or requested from your stewards or business agents. All 2018 graduating seniors are eligible to apply. All Teamsters Local 769 members are welcome and encouraged to help support the event that helps fund our scholarships by attending our Annual Golf Tournament on October 20, 2018.

James R. Hoffa Memorial Scholarship Fund

Award Amounts of $1,000 to $10,000 Available Applications for 2018 are now being accepted by the James R. Hoffa Memorial Scholarship Fund. The application process must be completed through the on-line portal found on the Fund's website: www.jrhmsf.org (the "Key" for the JRHMSF applications is JRHMSF) There are two types of scholarship applications available: Academic and Training/Vocational. A Day of Golf for Teamster Children

After all of the storms of late and a number of recent rainy days, the weather held for our Annual 2017 Teamsters Local 769 Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament. On Saturday October 7, 2017, friends of Teamsters Local 769 came from all over South Florida to the Palm Aire Country Club in Pompano Beach Florida. Each year Local 769 organizes the event to raise money for our scholarship fund which benefits the children of our members who are high school seniors entering college.
