Teamsters Local 769, on June 15, 2018, was certified as the exclusive bargaining representative for Borden Dairy Company of Florida, LLC. (case# 12-RC-219958) The parties have met  in an effort to negotiate a contract on September 12, October 17, November 8, December 10, 2018 and February 13, February 20, 2019 to date. As a result of those negotiations, the parties have reached a tentative agreement on several articles and will continue to meet until a full agreement is reached which will then be voted on by our members at Borden Dairy for ratification.
