Teamsters Local 769 Officers and Trustees Re-Elected Without Opposition On Thursday January 15, 2015 at the Miami Union Hall, the officers and trustees of Teamsters Local 769 were sworn in to serve another 3 year term. Employees at Con-Way Freight in Miami voted to join the Teamsters yesterday and Teamsters Local 769 would like to congratulate our newest members. Another 769 organizing victory  this month. This one at Amerigas CSR in Broward. Teamsters Local 769 would like to welcome our newest  members who voted 6 to 1 for strong Teamsters representation. The main reason the customer service representatives for Amerigas voted for Teamster representation at the Broward County facility was they were looking to be treated with dignity and respect in the workplace. Employees Seek Fair Wages, and better working conditions. Drivers at Keolis Transit America Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida voted to become Teamsters on Thursday, November 6, 2014. The election was held by the National Labor Board and there are 76 Bus Drivers in the bargaining unit.
