Mourning the Loss of a Legend

Donald Jack Marr 1947-2020 Labor lost a true champion this past Friday. Don Marr, 72 of Cooper City Florida, died Friday, January 24, 2020, with loved ones at his side. Many South Florida workers had the pleasure of knowing Don, as a Secretary-Treasurer for Teamsters Local 390 as well as a business agent for Teamsters Local 390 & 769. Don primarily represented members in the car rental industry in recent years and he took great pride in being a true Teamster. Teamsters Local 769 is overwhelmed with the outpouring of support for the family of Teamster Brother Frank Ordonez, the UPS driver who was killed during the tragic events on December 5, 2019 which left two victims dead after a failed robbery and carjacking.
