1st AmeriGas CSR Contract
On March 10, 2015, the Customer Service Representatives at AmeriGas in Broward voted unanimously to ratify their very first contract. Back in November of 2014, the CSR's had voted for Teamster representation at the Broward County facility. The main reasons were that they were looking to be treated with dignity and respect in the workplace and they were seeking the addition of the grievance procedure to ensure job security. Some of the employees working at this location have been employed for over 15 years.
