UPS Southern Region Supplement in Full
The following document is a copy of the Agreement in Principle on the Southern Region Supplement between UPS and the Teamsters Southern Region and the changes from the previous contract are notated by being underlined when new language is included or struck through when language has been removed. Teamsters UPS & UPS Freight Local Leaders to Meet August 9
Some UPS Supplements Still Need to Be Finalized Leaders of local unions that represent UPS and UPS Freight members will meet August 9 to review the tentative agreements. The meeting is known as a “Two-Person” meeting because two leaders from each local union are invited to attend. Meanwhile, after another round of negotiating sessions, the Teamsters UPS Supplemental Negotiating Committees have reached tentative agreements on many supplements to the National Master UPS agreement. Teamsters Reach Tentative Agreement With UPS Freight
“The Teamsters National UPS Freight Negotiating Committee (TNUPSFNC) and UPS Freight reached a tentative agreement on a new collective bargaining agreement,” Kris Taylor, IBT/UPS Freight Coordinator, announced today. No further details will be released until leaders from Teamster local unions that represent UPS Freight members meet in the next few weeks at the Two-Person meeting to review the tentative agreement and approve sending it out for a membership ratification vote. AAY Negotiating Survey Now Open
Brothers and Sisters, The AAY negotiating survey is now open. We will keep it open from July 9 through July 23. Once we’ve had a chance to compile all of the survey responses, we can start building the framework of what will be your first contract. Coca-Cola Beverages Florida Workers Join Teamsters Local 769
Drivers at South Dade Facility Vote Overwhelmingly in Favor of the Union (Miami) Drivers at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida's (CCFB) South Dade facility voted today by a three-to-one margin to join Teamsters Local 769. Of the 48 eligible voters, 47 participated in representation election. "This is another win for freedom and democracy," said Jorge Castillo, a CCBF driver who emigrated to the U.S. from Cuba.
