Teamsters Local 769 would like to pass on information to our members concerning the proposed pension rescue plan, which was submitted to the U.S. Department of the Treasury (“Treasury”) under the Multi-employer Pension Reform Act of 2014 (MPRA) on September 25, 2015, by the Central States Pension Fund. The following information has been provided by the Central States pension fund and we are providing it to our members in an effort to answer any questions you may have.
