Teamsters Local 769 Toy Drive

Again this holiday season, Teamsters Local 769 will be collecting toys for children in need. We will be distributing those collected through programs in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties as well as through a program which will send them to children still struggling in the aftermath of the earthquakes in Haiti. The following flyer can be posted on Local 769 approved job site bulletin boards and distributed to members. With toys being split to four areas, let's make this year's Toy Drive the biggest ever. Markham Park Car Show

On November 2nd, 2013, Teamsters Local 769 hosted the Annual Car Show at Markham Park. There was a fantastic turnout this year and spectators were treated to a huge variety of unique and classic cars. The car show has been part of our Annual South Picnic for a number of years now and the weather really cooperated with all of the collectors this year, allowing all of them to display their precious metal without the threat of thunderstorms. It seems like just yesterday that we wrapped up our Annual South Picnic, but that means that the Teamsters Local 769 Annual Holiday Picnic is just around the corner. This years event will again be held at the Indrio Road Park in Fort Pierce, Florida on Saturday, December 7, 2013 and will run from 12:00 – 4:30pm.
