Business Agent
Yvette serves as a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 769, representing and advocating for the rights of Union members across West Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. She has a strong background in service, with 20 years of hands-on experience as a steward at United Parcel Service. As a Business Agent, Yvette has dedicated her life to fighting for fair wages, safe working conditions, and the enforcement of all collective bargaining agreements. Known for her quiet, collaborative approach and steadfast commitment to labor rights, Yvette works daily to strengthen the voice of working people and build solidarity within the membership of all her shops.
Yvette is also the mother of two children, who share her dedication to serving others. In her spare time, she enjoys walking and gardening, and she is well known for her green thumb. She is also very active in her church, where service is at the forefront of all ministries.
