Andy Madtes

With more than 32 years in the labor movement, Andy Madtes has built a reputation as one of Florida’s most effective labor leaders and political strategists. His career began in the hospitality sector, where he served for 20 years as the Business Manager of Hotel Workers Union Local 355 in Miami.
