New Year-New Beginnings and Continued Challenges

As we look in the rearview mirror at a year that brought us fear, isolation, struggle, and all too often death, I want to thank all of our members who kept our Nation moving in an unprecedented time of crisis. To our Teamsters Local 769 Members who are nurses, paramedics, EMTs, CNAs, airlines employees, public sector service employees, warehousing, package and freight pick-up and delivery drivers, food distribution drivers and warehouse employees—and all other members who are deemed “essential”—THANK YOU!

On behalf of our entire Executive Board, I want to commend you for your hard work and dedication through what has been perhaps the most difficult year any of us have ever seen. For those of us who have lost loved ones due to the pandemic, you have our most sincere condolences and we pray for you and your family.
We wish all local 769 Members a very Happy New Year and look forward to a prosperous and healthy 2021! Stay safe!

Most Sincerely,
Josh Zivalich
President
Teamsters Local Union No. 769
