The Teamsters Union supports a plan which has been introduced with bipartisan support. H.R.397 is the same bill that was introduced in the 115th Congress as H.R.4444. It is also the same as the Senate bill introduced that was referred to as the Butch Lewis Act. THIS IS THE ONLY LEGISLATION THAT WOULD FULLY PROTECT YOUR HARD-EARNED PENSION.
